Tip leads to Fort Myers arrest in purse snatching incident

A Crime Stopper tip led authorities to the man responsible for a violent purse snatching at a local supermarket.
Around 5 a.m. April 16, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a robbery that occurred in the Publix parking lot located at 19100 South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers.
